Bizarre Bazaar: Outdoor Booth
Get ready for a holiday market that's anything but ordinary! The Firehouse Arts Center invites artists, makers, and creatives to participate in Bizarre Bazaar, our annual holiday artisan market.
We're looking for talented artisans offering original artwork, handcrafted gifts, and unique creations to help make this year's market a festive shopping experience! Whether you're a returning vendor or joining us for the first time, we'd love to see what you create.
Vendor Applications
Application Deadline: Friday, November 13, 2026
Bizarre Bazaar is exclusively for original artwork and handcrafted goods. Retail and resale items are not permitted.
All applications are reviewed by the Bizarre Bazaar Committee to ensure a diverse and exciting selection of artisans.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Applicants will be notified of their status via email.
If your application is not approved, your registration fee will be refunded in full.
Current Firehouse Arts Center members receive 10% off booth registration! Please contact the Firehouse for assistance in receiving your discount.

Booth Information
Indoor Booths
Indoor booth registration includes:
One 6-foot rectangular table
Wall display space
Access to electricity
Additional 6-foot tables may be reserved for $35 each. If you plan to bring your own tables, please let us know in advance, as space is limited. The committee reserves the right to limit additional tables to accommodate all vendors.
Wall hooks are available in limited quantities. Nails may not be used.
Outdoor Booths
Outdoor vendors are responsible for providing their own tables and chairs. Tents are highly recommended to protect your displays from the elements.
All vendors must provide tablecloths for their displays.
Setup & Breakdown
Friday, November 20 | 4–6:30 PM
Indoor vendors are welcome to set up their booths in advance.
Saturday, November 21 | Beginning at 8 AM
Outdoor vendors may begin setting up. All booths will be clearly marked, and a master vendor list will be available to help you find your assigned space.
The market will be open to shoppers from 10 AM to 4 PM. Vendors are responsible for breaking down and removing their displays at the conclusion of the event.
Registration & Payment
All booth registration fees must be paid in full by Friday, November 13, 2026.
Payment may be made online at bainbridgeart.com or in person at the Firehouse Gallery & Shop during regular business hours:
Thursday & Friday: 10:30 AM – 6 PM
Saturday: 11 AM – 4 PM
Checks should be made payable to Firehouse Arts Center.
Cancellation Policy: Vendors may cancel through Monday, November 16, 2026, and receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this date are nonrefundable.
