Inspired by our beloved Sketchbook Pin-Up Show, we’re bringing a Photography Pin-Up Show to the Firehouse Arts Center in conjunction with the River South Festival! This show is all about celebrating the people who notice the beauty in everyday life — the landscape you pass every morning, an interesting shadow, a quiet still life, an unexpected detail, or a moment you just had to capture. Landscapes, still life, abstract, architecture, wildlife, and more are welcome. All ages and experience levels are encouraged to participate!

THE DETAILS

• Submissions are due by September 9th!

• Prints must be 8” x 10” or smaller

• Prints may be placed in a clear plastic sleeve to protect them while displayed with clothes pins

• Prints may be priced $20 or less

• Firehouse Arts Center will retain $2 from each print sold

• Portraits are welcome for display but will not be available for sale

• No nude photography will be accepted

• Firehouse Arts center reserves the right to decline submissions that do not meet exhibition guidlines

You don’t have to call yourself a “photographer” to participate. If you see something beautiful, interesting, strange, quiet or worth remembering — and you capture it — we want to see it.
