Join us for February’s Paint Party! Enjoy an evening of creativity, fun and friendship. All supplies are provided, canvases come pre-sketched, and don’t forget to bring your own beverage and snacks to sip and eat while you paint. Kick off the new year with creativity! Our Winter program, Sketchbook Society, introduces students to a range of drawing tools and sketching techniques, all while encouraging self-expression and growth. Over four weeks, young artists will learn how to “build up” a piece from concept to final creation. Each student will take home their own sketchbook — filled with the beginnings of an artistic journey they can continue well beyond the season.

Whether you’re an experienced artist or haven’t picked up a paintbrush since grade school, this class is designed to be fun, approachable, and stress-free. By the end of the night, you’ll walk away with your own hand-painted masterpiece and a whole lot of memories. Bring a friend or come solo — either way, you’ll leave inspired.

We are so excited to celebrate our 3rd annual Chalk Walk contest for the River South Festival! The contest is open to individuals and groups. As a registered participant or group of 2-4, you will be given a square of sidewalk located in front of the Firehouse Arts Center and Court House in Downtown Bainbridge. 3×3 Squares will be assigned upon check in on the morning of the event. This event is a wonderful time to express your creative vision and celebrate the beauty of our downtown!
